If you choose to apply for a merchant account, information you provide may be shared with the partner processor and sponsor bank you apply with, as needed to process your application.

Service providers
Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Analytics, if enabled, are provided by Google. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by calling (832) 945-1216 or replying to any email from us. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
